The breakfast was generous and the room was high quality. Amazing, wonderful location in Dublin, just next door to the shopping areas and adjacent St Stephens Green and St Patrick's Cathedral with ease.

The hotel has a great location, within walking distance of most tourist attractions and just a short walk to the House. the breakfast was generous and sumptuous, with a variety of options including toast, pastries, and hot vegan choices. - the staff were extremely friendly and excellent throughout my stay.

I always find the staff bringing boxes / files to arthur cox , solicitors beside the conrad make far too much noise at approx 6 am . always wake me up

Our room was very small for a 5 star hotel, we were in 511.you charged us 30 for parking which should be free,car parking goes with a room.you should refund that charge.we were at a show at the rds and our car was only there at night.I You refund the 30euros I will stay again otherwise never again. The hotel is spacious with obliging staff. the restaurant serves excellent food, including pancakes and eggs at breakfast. - the location is stunning and very central. - the breakfast is scrumptious and absolutely superb.

Excellent facilities at the hotel with underground secure parking, excellent staff - nothing was too much trouble. Room was well furnished with comfortable bed and lovely modern bathroom and all the facilities we wanted. We ate in the restaurant and had an excellent meal with top service provided. All in all a great experience.

The only thing I can think of is the TV in the room could do with being upgraded as it was old fashioned

The hotel was perfect for a city get away but out of the noise. The staff were very friendly. The room was a nice size and the bed was super comfy. We were allowed to check in @ 11 which was very good of them. We didnt eat dinner or drink in the bar, we went into town but the breakfast was the best I've had in any hotel. It was fresh and there was a massive choice. It would suit the fussiest of people. We walked into town a couple of times but you can walk to Harcourt St and get the Luas to Stephens green too. The walk in is about 15 mins. I would stay here again.
